Terms and Conditions – Appointment Booking

Warren’s Barber Shop (the “Barber”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”)
Appointment Service Powered by Nearcut (“Nearcut”, “Booking System”)

Effective Date: 12th February 2026

Welcome to Warren’s Barber Shop’s appointment booking service via the Nearcut platform. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to any appointment you book via the Nearcut booking system at warrensbarbershop.nearcut.com or through links on warrensbarbershop.co.uk (collectively, the “Service”).


1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, booking an appointment, or attending a booked appointment with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the booking service.


2. Booking System and Nearcut

  1. The online booking system is powered by Nearcut Limited, a third-party provider. These Terms apply in addition to Nearcut’s own user terms. Nearcut may update its terms independently of this policy.

  2. Nearcut does not guarantee that its booking service will always be available or error-free; we cannot be held responsible for outages or technical issues on their platform.


3. Account Registration

  1. You may need to register an account with the booking system to make, view, amend or cancel appointments.

  2. You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering and keep it up to date.

  3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and password and for all activities under your account.


4. Booking Appointments

  1. Appointments can be made online via Nearcut or by contacting the barbershop directly.

  2. Appointments are subject to availability.

  3. Once a booking is made, you will receive a confirmation via the email/mobile details you provide.


5. Appointment Changes, Cancellations & No-Shows

  1. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We ask you to cancel or reschedule appointments at least [insert timeframe, e.g., 24 or 48 hours] before the appointment time.

  2. Cancellations within the notice period may incur a cancellation fee or future booking restrictions at our discretion.

  3. No-Shows: Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in cancellation fees and/or restrictions on future bookings.

Note: The specific notice period and cancellation fee terms should be set by the barber shop and made clear to customers at the point of booking.


6. Arrival and Late Policy

  1. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, we may have to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid delays for other clients.

  2. In the event you arrive more than [e.g., 10 minutes] late, your appointment may be treated as a no-show.


7. Pricing & Payment

  1. All service prices are displayed at the time of booking and are subject to change without notice.

  2. Unless otherwise specified, you will pay for your service at the shop on the date of your appointment.

  3. If pre-payment or a deposit is required via Nearcut or otherwise, these conditions will be made clear at booking.


8. Online Payments

  1. Payments made via the booking system are processed through Nearcut or its payment providers.


9. Contact and Communication

By making a booking, you consent to receive communications from us regarding your appointment via SMS, email or phone.


10. Changes and Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or amend a booking in exceptional circumstances (e.g., staff illness), and we will contact you using the contact details provided.


11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warrens Barber Shop and Nearcut will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of the booking service or from any cancellations or service interruptions.


12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
